My name is Gabriella Jász, but many people know me as JGSoutache. My passion is creating unique, handmade jewelry using soutache, bead embroidery, and traditional hand embroidery techniques.

How long does it take to make the jewelry I ordered?
This generally depends on the size and the lead time for sourcing the raw materials, but it usually takes anywhere from a few hours to 2–3 weeks.
How will the jewelry be delivered to me?
You will receive your package in a bubble-wrap envelope or box, which will be delivered by a courier within 2–3 business days within Romania.
Within the EU, packages are shipped by DPD and arrive within 5–7 business days.
Orders can also be placed to countries outside the EU, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs and any customs duties.
How can I properly use and clean my jewelry?
I always include a General User Guide, which will answer any questions you may have.
